Originating from Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture in Japan, FCA is the brainchild of Ms. Rumi Ishimaru which was created out of her passionate love for pastel art. With the appropriate tools and a love for creating, everyone can create a masterpiece of FCA of their own.
